We are not only a hotel agency, but we take care of our customers and their guests from A to Z and their needs - that's why we add the plus to our name.
The agency was founded in 2005 by Philipp Lucke, who gained his experience as a trained hotel specialist, long-time salesman and hotel director in the international hotel industry. He brings all his experience to the agency - heart and soul have been beating for the tourism industry for over 25 years.
The team also brings extensive professional experience from the hotel industry and agency and thus covers all areas for successful conferences or congress/fair visits.
The team's experience, know-how and range of services grow with the team, enabling us to fill our clients' events. In addition, we have established a digital sister company, HCX24, with which we can also display our events online.
HRB+ it is important to personally take care of new and also the many regular customers, some of whom have been with us since the agency started.
Our customers appreciate the openness, transparent cost structure, an honest recommendation and the 'little more' service we are happy to provide.

After his training as an industrial business management assistant, Sebastian Buchberger further qualified as a graduate specialist in direct marketing and as a specialist in marketing.
He then worked for more than 10 years in the generic pharmaceutical industry as a direct marketing manager and head of event management. In 2011 he started his own business as an event manager and since then he has worked mainly for research and generic pharmaceutical companies. He has many years of expertise in organising stand-alone, customer and employee training events, trade fairs and congresses as well as incentive trips. Since 2020 he has been supporting HRB+ with this knowledge.
Hobbies: Labrador Lucky, family with two children, travelling, interest in everything to do with air travel

After his apprenticeship at the Hilton Mainz, the native of Rhineland-Palatinate worked as a restaurant supervisor at the Hilton Edinburgh and F&B service supervisor at the Munich Airport Marriott Hotel, among others, before he worked at the Hilton Reading near London. He then held the position of Sales Executive for Marriott Hotels in Munich. Most recently, he was Event Supervisor for the Courtyard by Marriott Munich City Center.
His hobbies are: Cycling, travelling and being in nature

Johan comes from Stockholm, Sweden, where he currently lives. He has been in the MICE business for about 20 years. He has worked and lived in London, Heidelberg and Bangkok. Johan supports HRB with his knowledge and contacts in the Swedish market.
Hobbies: Travel, Hunting & Sailing

Maria Damyanova joined HRB in autumn 2018 and is originally from Bulgaria. In a short time she has managed to settle in Frankfurt and at HRB. Frankfurt is her adopted home. Maria has experience in hotels, as well as many years in travel agencies and knows the industry very well. We look forward to having you on board.
Hobbies are photographing, good food and travelling.

Martin Mauersberger was able to prove his strengths in customer contact and sales in the insurance industry before his training in the hotel industry. After switching to the hotel business, he got to know the hotel business from the inside. Various hotel areas were stages in his professional life until he decided in 2010 to move "to the other side" to an event agency. With this enormous knowledge, Mr. Mauersberger complements HRB since 2013.
Hobbies: his dog, chess and historical novels

Philipp Lucke, founder and managing director of HRB, has known the industry for more than 25 years and puts his main focus on "Sales & Marketing" at an early stage. He gained professional experience in the international hotel business and also as General Manager of a private hotel.
"Only those who speak 'hotel' and know the market can recommend the right product to the customer", is his credo.
Hobbies: Travelling, cooking, skiing and the mountains

Sabrina comes from the classical hotel business and has a very good knowledge in the reception, sales and reservation area in which she also trained others. Since April 2019 Sabrina supports the HRB team actively in sales. Frankfurt has been her new home since 2014, where she has settled in well. We are looking forward to the reinforcement in the team.
Hobbies: reading, traveling & the fitness studio

Vincent de Koo, works and lives in Amsterdam and closes the HRB bridge to the Dutch/Benelux market.
He has been in the market for over 20 years and knows what customers want, always tries to surprise and exceed expectations. His motto - A factual approach with unlimited commitment. Just do what you say and say what you do.
Hobbies: skiing, culinary challenges and discovering wonderful destinations.
