We are not only a hotel agency, but we take care of our customers' and their guests' needs from A to Z.

The agency was founded by Philipp Lucke, who gained his experience as a trained hotel specialist, long-standing sales representative and hotel director in the international hotel industry. He brings all his experience to the agency - his heart and soul have been beating for over 25 years for the tourism industry.

The team also brings extensive professional experience from the hotel and agency industry and thus covers all areas for a successful meeting or congress / trade fair visit. 

It is important to us to personally take care of new customers and also of the many regulars, some of whom have been with us since the agency was founded. 

Our clients appreciate the openness, transparent cost structure, an honest recommendation and the 'somewhat more' service that we are happy to provide.

Anna-Maria Przybylowicz moved from Poland to Germany for her tourism studies and gained a lot of experience in the areas of destination management and hotel business. Her path led her to Malta for almost a decade and since 2017 to her new adopted home Frankfurt - she feels at home all over the world.

Her tasks are divided between Sales in the HRB Team and Business Development at the digital sister HCX24.com.

Christoph Budig

After his training at the Hilton Mainz, Christoph Budig worked as a restaurant supervisor in Scotland. He was also an F&B Service Supervisor before working at the Hilton Reading near London. He then worked in group sales for the Marriott Hotels in Munich. Most recently, he worked as an event supervisor at Marriott in Munich. At the end of 2017 Christoph Budig has joined the HRB team and is responsible for the acquisition and expansion of trade fair customers.

David was born and raised in The Netherlands and at the age of 16 he moved to Spain, where he has established himself.

He has been in the MICE industry for over 20 years and knows and understands the market extremely well. 

From his home town, Marbella, he is in daily touch with clients, hotels and specialist suppliers required in guaranteeing the success of any event. 

David is multilingual and speaks 6 languages; Dutch, Spanish, English, French, German & Italian.

His philosophy is simple: “it’s all about our clients”

His hobbies are: Jet skis, Paddle Surf, Running, Travelling the world and getting to know & understand the different cultures!

Maria Damyanova joined HRB in autumn 2018 and is originally from Bulgaria. In a short time she has managed to settle in Frankfurt and at HRB. Frankfurt is her adopted home. Maria has experience in hotels, as well as many years in travel agencies and knows the industry very well. We look forward to having you on board.

Hobbies are photographing, good food and travelling.

Martin Mauersberger was able to prove his strengths in customer contact and sales in the insurance industry before his training in the hotel industry. After switching to the hotel business, he got to know the hotel business from the inside. Various hotel areas were stages in his professional life until he decided in 2010 to move "to the other side" to an event agency. With this enormous knowledge, Mr. Mauersberger complements HRB since 2013.

Philipp Lucke, founder and managing director of HRB, has known the industry for more than 25 years and puts his main focus on "Sales & Marketing" at an early stage. He gained professional experience in the international hotel business and also as General Manager of a private hotel.

"Only those who speak 'hotel' and know the market can recommend the right product to the customer", is his credo.

Sabrina comes from the classical hotel business and has a very good knowledge in the reception, sales and reservation area in which she also trained others. Since April 2019 Sabrina supports the HRB team actively in sales. Frankfurt has been her new home since 2014, where she has settled in well. We are looking forward to the reinforcement in the team.
