The nearby rebuilt Cathedral of Christ the Savior indicates the profound faith of the Russians. Moscow is a lively metropolis that combines and lives history and the modern world with all its contrasts. The Moscow metro is a quick and reliable way to reach destinations within the city. It was one of the first subways and thus boasts many grand stations worth seeing, especially in the city center. The International Airport Domodedovo offers daily connections to all larger German and European airports. The center can then be reached by express train.
